Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy for Real Desi

Thank you for shopping with Real Desi. Please read our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Video Proof Requirement:

For initiating any refund, video proof is required. The customer must provide a video clearly demonstrating the issues or reasons for the refund request.

2. Return Shipping Instructions:

In case the refund/return is accepted, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back manually to Real Desi at the following address:

The customer is required to bear the shipping charges for returning the product.

3. Disbursement Process:

The acceptance of the disbursement process of the funds for the refund/return can take up to 14 days, subject to acceptance. Once the return is inspected and approved, we will initiate the refund process.

Please note that the refund amount may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
